Magamba Network is Africa’s trailblazing creative and digital media organization. We’re all about using arts, digital media, civic tech & activism to inspire young people to build a more just, green and participatory Africa.

Our award-winning projects reach millions of young Africans every year and have won international awards, including awards from the UN, the EU, and the Elders.

We run some of the most disruptive digital platforms & creative initiatives on the African continent with an online community of over 500,000 young people.

We have projects in 30 African countries in 5 different languages. We’re a network of storytellers, changemakers, techies, and artists.

Magamba Network is headquartered at our Magamba Africa civic hub in Botswana from where we run all our Africa-wide programming on everything from digital democracy to climate justice.

Magamba Network brings together a growing family that includes Magamba ZW, our Zimbabwe-based Private Voluntary Organization, Studio Moto ZW, our audiovisual social enterprise, and Magamba Media, our independent media house.

We believe in speaking truth to power. And we do it all with lots of creativity and a good sense of humor.
