Dita Rītiņa

Dita Rītiņa's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Dita worked as a Project Manager Scrum Master at Magebit starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at EngineReader from November 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they worked at Gateway&Partners as a Team Lead from December 2019 to September 2020, and as a Project Coordinator from February 2017 to December 2019.

Dita Rītiņa earned their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Daily Leadership from Training Lab in May 2023, and as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from PeopleCert in May 2023.
