Madara Ermansone

Madara Ermansone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Madara currently works at Magebit as the Creative Team Product Owner. Prior to this, they worked at Vigo Health as a UX Designer, where they conducted user research, testing, and designed concepts for stroke rehabilitation software. Madara also served as the Acting Managing Director at TechHub Riga and as a Senior Account Manager at NORD DDB RIGA.

Madara has also held various roles at TechChill including CEO, COO, Partnership Manager, and Project Manager. During their time at X-Europe, they worked as a Project Manager. Additionally, Madara worked as a Content Marketing Specialist at Grizzly Riga and as a Cultural Manager in a self-employed capacity.

Earlier in their career, Madara held positions as a Communication Officer at the European Consumer Centre of Latvia and the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.

Overall, Madara Ermansone has a strong background in project management, communication, marketing, and user experience design.

Madara Ermansone began their education in 2011 at Latvijas Universitate, where they pursued a Bachelor of Humanities degree in Modern Languages and Business Studies. Madara completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. Following that, in 2015, Madara enrolled in Latvijas Kultūras akadēmija / Latvian Academy of Culture to pursue a Master's Degree in Culture Management and Creative Industries, which they successfully obtained in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Madara also obtained various certifications. In November 2021, they completed the Discover Tech program offered by Riga TechGirls and the UX/UI Bootcamp provided by Accenture Baltics. In July 2021, they attended a UX/UI Design Workshop by Brainster. Furthermore, in June 2023, Madara obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org.
