They have developed or led the development of hundreds of online and residential courses; hired, trained, and managed thousands of faculty and staff members; led innovative efforts in online education delivery; and developed and honed best practices in education that have positively affected such benchmarks as student learning outcomes, student retention, student and faculty satisfaction, and institutional effectiveness.
