Katya T. has a range of experience in various design and content roles. Katya is currently working at M-Tech as a Product Designer, where they design websites and products related to HVAC systems for homeowners. Prior to this, they were a UI/UX Designer (Core Team) at Twigoh Inc, where they played a key role in building a new product from the ground up.

Katya also served as a House Manager, Usher, Concessions, and Box Office staff at SCU Presents, coordinating communications and creating the best possible experience for theater guests.

Additionally, Katya has held positions as a Marketing Intern at Tigo Energy and as a Swim Instructor at DACA Swim School.

Katya T. attended Santa Clara University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Independent Studies and English. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Lynbrook High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Katya has obtained various certifications, including "Advance Your Skills as a User Experience Researcher," "Design Thinking: Implementing the Process," "Mapping the Modern Web Design Process," "UX Foundations: Storytelling," "UX Foundations: Usability Testing," "User Experience for Web Design," "Become a User Experience Designer," and "Certificate of Completion: Design & Prototype a Mobile UI/UX Experience - Learn Figma." These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and Udemy, predominantly in September and October of 2020.
