Basab Banerjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce and skill development, currently serving as Co-Founder of Magic Billion since January 2018, focusing on providing Indian talent to international employers, particularly in Europe, Japan, SE Asia, and GCC countries. In addition to this role, Banerjee holds positions as Additional Director at DWSSC Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council, Advisor for International Mobility at West Bengal State Skill Mission, and Board Member at B Able Foundation. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Global Workforce & Skill Development Specialist from November 2014 to January 2019, and Head Standards & QA at the National Skill Development Corporation. Design focussed mobilisation, skilling and certification Once we know your needs, we detail out job roles and connect with high quality Indian training partners to design a program which would produce talent tailored to your requirement. We encourage client iterations during various stages of this process, including site visits. 3. Dispatch workforce and provide post placement support We understand there may be teething issues when Indian workers travel oversees and get inducted in your workplace. We will handhold and continuously monitor the workers to ensure efficiency optimisation. We also facilitate worker travel and documentation at the Indian end.
