Vikram Solas has over two decades of experience in community engagement, research, and project management. Key roles include serving as a Senior Investigator at the National AIDS Research Institute from 2001 to 2014, where efforts focused on participant recruitment through partnerships with various stakeholders. Additional expertise includes working as a Community Mobilization Expert at the Vasundhara Watershed Development Agency and engaging in self-employment as a government service provider at GRAHAK-E-SUVIDHA KENDRA. Currently, Vikram Solas holds positions as an Associate Project Manager and Placement Officer at Y4D Foundation and Magic Bus India Foundation, respectively.
