Toby Lucich

Toby Lucich has held various roles throughout their work experience. Toby is currently the COO and Founder of Magic Button Labs, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Cofounder and Managing Partner of Return Leverage, where they helped clients accomplish their work goals. Toby also served as an Adjunct Professor of Project Management at Boise State University starting from June 2021. In 2018, they founded KineticHealth, a company focused on improving patient literacy and integrating patient education efforts. Additionally, Toby worked as an Instructor and Coach at SuccessHACKER in 2018. Before that, they were a Co-founder and Publisher at InsideSarbanesOxley.com, contributing their expertise to the Association of Financial Professionals. Toby co-founded Hello Kumquat in 2006, a web-based tool for personal and professional development. Toby also served as a Business Controls Manager at PacifiCorp, where they focused on compliance with Sarbanes Oxley legislation. Prior to that, Toby was a Sr. Financial Analyst at Electric Lightwave and held various roles at Southwest Washington Medical Center, including Sr. Systems Analyst and Finance and Data Analyst. Toby Lucich has a diverse background and extensive experience in various industries.

Toby Lucich completed their education in a chronological order. Toby first attended Twin Falls High School from 1987 to 1989, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Then, from 1991 to 1994, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Boise State University. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.

In addition to their formal education, Toby Lucich has obtained several certifications. Toby holds a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which was obtained in October 2020. Toby also possesses a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification, and a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification, all of which are currently non-active. Furthermore, they have completed the PROSCI Change Management certification from PROSCI and intends to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
