Avi Romanoff

Avi Romanoff is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product management, software engineering, and community leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Magic Circle since April 2022, Romanoff leads a team focused on game development and is actively recruiting full-stack and frontend engineers. Prior to this, Romanoff held significant roles at Google, including Product Manager for the gaming division where major projects for Google’s Stadia were executed, and leadership within the Google Maps Merchant Photos team. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Community at Interact, leading fellowship programs at Google, and contributing as a software engineer at notable companies including Apple and Expii, Inc. Romanoff's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and coursework in Computer Science at Harvard University.
