Matt Deible is a technical professional with extensive experience in machine learning and algorithm development. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Magic since October 2025, Matt previously co-founded Odos, where as Head of Research, innovative graph optimization algorithms were created that facilitated the routing of over 50 million trades with a total trading volume exceeding $100 billion. Matt's earlier role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Semiotic AI involved developing transformer encoder models and online reinforcement learning agents, contributing to a research grant of $60 million from The Graph Foundation.
