Rob Mallery

Rob Mallery is an experienced professional in the field of talent management and operations, currently serving in the role of Talent and Ops at Magic since April 2023, focusing on AI development to address significant global challenges. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Mallery LLP since September 1976, Rob holds a primary leadership role as the principal and majority stakeholder. Previous positions include serving as a Member of Talent Staff at OpenAI from November 2021 to March 2023, and as VP of Talent and Collaborations at AI Foundation from January 2018 to November 2021. Rob also served as VP of Talent at Originate from November 2009 to January 2018, where unique company culture was fostered. Earlier career highlights include founding Lassen Group in 2004 and working as a Recruiter at Zion Partners. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
