Ning Li has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. They started their career at Baidu, Inc. in 2007 as a Manager of Search SRE. They then became the Head of SRE team in Shenzhen, where they built and grew the team to 11 members. At Baidu, Inc., Ning Li focused on improving observability and monitoring for www.baidu.com. In 2013, they joined Twitter as an SRE and later moved to Uber in 2015 as a Sr Software Engineer II. At Uber, they worked until 2019 and then joined Facebook as a Staff Production Engineer. In 2021, they joined TikTok as an SRE and in 2023, they worked as an Engineering Manager at a blockchain startup. Throughout their career, Ning Li has gained valuable experience in engineering management, SRE, and improving technical systems.
