Barbara Nelson

Barbara Nelson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Accounting (Shared Services) at Magic Leap since October 2015, Barbara previously held the position of Controller at TrialGraphix from October 2005 to July 2015, where oversight included the financial close process, reporting, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, and billing. Prior to that, Barbara worked at Broadspire, progressing from Accounting Manager to Sr. Accounting Manager, managing a team in general ledger operations, accounts payable, and cash management. Barbara's career also includes significant roles at Alamo Rent A Car, where responsibilities spanned administration, risk management, and operational accounting, and a brief stint as a Staff Accountant at Benjamin Sardinas, CPA. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
