Ivan Yeoh is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as Senior Director of Systems Engineering at Magic Leap since January 2020. With a robust background in system architecture and engineering, Ivan currently manages the Systems Engineering, Analysis, and Reliability organization, comprising multiple specialized teams. Prior roles at Magic Leap include Principal Systems Architect and Manager of Platform Systems Architecture, where significant contributions included optimizing battery life and compliance for mixed reality devices. Previously, Ivan founded Mannacookie Studios, focusing on real-time computer vision and game design. Ivan holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with a minor in Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University.
