Matt Kaczynski

Matt Kaczynski, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional serving as the Senior Director of Global People Business Partnerships and Global Human Resources Director at Magic Leap since August 2023. Previously, Kaczynski held key HR leadership roles at Amazon Web Services as Global HR Leader from May 2021 to August 2023 and at Amazon as Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2018 to May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at AP&G Co., Inc. and Regional Human Resources Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. from January 2008 to August 2017. Kaczynski began a career in human resources after serving in the US Navy from December 2001 to January 2008 as a Non-Commissioned Officer focused on training and development. Kaczynski holds a degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University.
