Michael Szymanski, MBA, CSM, is a seasoned leader in quality assurance and engineering with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Magic Leap since June 2016, Michael has successfully established and managed a diverse team of over 35 engineers to ensure the software quality of advanced platforms, including the innovative Lumin OS. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Longent, where responsibilities spanned the design and implementation of Distributed Antenna Systems, and various senior engineering management positions at Motorola, where Michael oversaw product development, integration, and software quality for numerous mobile devices, contributing to substantial market success.
