Robin Rice

Robin Rice is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, program management, and strategic governance across multiple technology-focused organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director, Chief of Staff for the Office of the CTO at Magic Leap, Robin drives operational excellence within a 950-person organization and oversees governance processes. Previous roles include Senior Director of Operations in AR Hardware and Program Management, managing substantial budgets and large global teams. Additionally, experience spans consulting for Meridian Partners, leading project management initiatives at Carnival Cruise Lines and American Express, and providing software integration solutions at Ryder Systems. Robin holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
