Sergio Bixby

Sergio Bixby is a Senior Hardware Development Engineer at Magic Leap since August 2022, previously serving as a Senior Support Engineer at ICON from March 2022 to August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Service Engineer at Corning Incorporated from March 2018 to March 2022, focusing on laser technology and improving manufacturing processes for semiconductor industries. Sergio also held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Bixby Inds. from February 2012 to January 2018, where responsibilities included supervising production and optimizing manufacturing practices. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Automation and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Sydney and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Las Américas (EC).
