Shan X. Wang

Shan X. Wang is the L. T. Edwards Professor at Stanford University, where they have been a faculty member since 1993, specializing in materials science and engineering, as well as electrical engineering. They currently serve as a scientific founder and director on the boards of Curve Biosciences and Magic Lifescience. Dr. Wang directs the Center for Magnetic Nanotechnology and is recognized as a leading expert in biosensors, information storage, and spintronics, with over 300 publications and 70 patents. They obtained a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993 and have received numerous accolades, including election to multiple prestigious fellowships.
