Anthony Wallace has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Anthony worked at Magic Memories as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, where they played a lead role in developing new digital products and commerce outlets using Spring Boot/AWS micro-services stack. Anthony also focused on maintaining and improving the existing software stack using legacy Spring MVC framework.
Prior to this, Anthony worked at Dodat Ltd as a Web Developer, where they were responsible for web development projects. Anthony also owned their own company called CodeBuddie Limited, where they provided software consultancy services with expertise in Eclipse RCP and related technologies. Anthony delivered training courses on Eclipse RCP to clients.
Anthony worked as a Consultant (Java/Eclipse RCP) at Lhasa Limited, where they provided expert guidance and support in Java and Eclipse RCP. Prior to this, they also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Pivotal Integration, where they developed enterprise-level software for the web and desktop using a modern technology stack.
Anthony Wallace has a MSc in Information Technology (Software and Systems) from the University of Glasgow, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. Before that, they completed a MA (Hons) in History at the University of Glasgow from 1997 to 2001. Anthony also holds additional certifications, including a Private Aircraft Pilot certificate from the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand obtained in 2015, and an ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISEB obtained in 2004.
