Avivit Gruner

Avivit Gruner has extensive experience in SOX and internal audit. Avivit served as the Head of SOX and Internal Audit at Magic Software Enterprises from June 2019 to the present. In this role, they led the company's SOX compliance efforts at headquarters and over 50 subsidiaries, both in Israel and abroad. Avivit implemented cross-company projects, organizational processes, controls, and procedures/policies. Prior to their current position, Avivit held the same role at Formula Systems from June 2019 onwards. Before that, they worked at Fahn Kanne Grant Thornton Israel as a Senior Manager in Control Management & Risk Management from September 2004 to June 2019. Their responsibilities included managing SOX projects, conducting internal audits, working with global companies, conducting risk assessments, assisting with enterprise risk management, and overseeing various other projects.

Avivit Gruner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2004.
