Ryan Brish

Ryan Brish is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Food Scientist at Magic Spoon since January 2025, Ryan previously held significant roles including Associate Director of Product Development at Tomorrow Farms, where Ryan pioneered the creation of the world's first animal-free dairy milk and yogurt, achieving rapid retail placement. Prior experience includes senior product development roles at NotCo, focusing on dairy alternatives, and Mondelēz International, where Ryan led a major Trident portfolio activation. Earlier roles at PepsiCo and an internship at TIC Gums further solidified Ryan's expertise in food science, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Delaware.
