Prior positions include Sales Manager and Area Manager, focusing on sales strategies for the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services sectors in the UK and Ireland. Gavin is also the Founder and Director of Crystal Management and has held quality management roles in the aerospace and defense sector at Tumo Oy, where responsibilities included maintaining compliance with international quality standards.
