Joonas Laitinen

Joonas Laitinen is a Customer Success Manager at MagiCAD since August 2015, overseeing global key accounts and developing customer success management processes. Prior to this role, Joonas served as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical sales support and customer training. Joonas also held the position of Area Manager for Europe, focusing on new market research and direct sales. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Manager at Dream Broker Oy, progressing from sales trainee to manager, and as a Giant Leap Intern at Vaisala Oyj, contributing to marketing and project management initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from Turku University of Applied Sciences, along with studies at Prince of Songkla University in Thailand.
