Tero Kärpijoki

Tero Kärpijoki is an accomplished Data & AI Manager at MagiCAD, with a career spanning over two decades in software engineering and data management. Since December 2014, Tero has led a team focused on developing innovative products for the HVAC industry, applying advanced skills in data, AI, coding, and domain expertise. Previous roles at MagiCAD include Data & Analytics Manager, where responsibility included creating and executing data strategies and managing customer insights, and Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing a growing QA team. Tero's experience also encompasses significant positions at Broadcom and Renesas Mobile Corporation, specializing in LTE software performance and testing. Tero began a career at Nokia, contributing to the development of 2G and dual-mode modem technologies. Tero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Embedded Software from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
