Harry H. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Harry is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Magicave, where they focus on building hobbies, toys, and games using decentralized technologies. Prior to that, they worked as a Games and Tech Industry Founder, Consultant, Mentor, Lecturer, and Investor at Holmwood Partners, providing strategic consulting services to various tech companies and major accounting and legal firms. Harry has advised companies such as Facebook, Google, and Clifford Chance, among others.

Harry H. has also co-founded and directed The Secret Police, where they managed the development and launch of successful mobile games like Dragon's Watch and Stardew Valley. Harry served as the General Manager of EMEA/ANZ at Marvelous Inc., leading the launch of multi-million downloaded titles on iOS and Android and securing retail distribution across Europe and Australia.

Additionally, Harry H. has held positions such as Interim Managing Director at Flavourworks, Vice President of Software and Licensing at PDP, and Director at In2Games Limited, where they were involved in global product launches and acquisitions. Harry has also acted as a Non-executive Director at Wide Games Limited and Richmond Oak Limited, providing guidance and support to these companies in turnaround situations.

Harry H. has contributed to the field of education as well, serving as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at Norwich University of the Arts, teaching game design and development and helping students gain industry placements and contacts.
