Joel Zhou

Joel Zhou has worked in the technology industry since 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Middleware Software Engineer at FoxConn International Holdings. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at SatCom System. From 2013 to 2017, they held two positions: Senior Embedded Linux Consultant at QuixotiQ Technologies and Contractor - Engineer, Sr Staff S/W Systems at BROADCOM. At BROADCOM, they were responsible for development and maintenance of Linux kernel & development environment for an embedded real-time system. At QuixotiQ Technologies, they customized Linux kernel 3. 8 for TI AM335x ARM Cortex-A8 and built Linaro toolchain gcc 4. Since 2017, they have been working as a Sr. System Engineer at MagicCube, Inc.

Joel Zhou attended Southeast University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering.
