Stuart MacDonald has performed in shows in Greece, South Korea, Italy, Spain, China and the United Kingdom. In 2017 he was a guest on the TV series “Penn & Teller: Fool Us.” He won the famous FU Trophy, performed in Vegas with Penn and Teller. Teller upon meeting Stuart backstage said "Hands down my favorite fooler." If that wasn't enough he set a record number of wins in the internationals coming away with 5 trophies including people's choice.

That's just Stuart's side but there is another personality you need to know about, Richard Preston, Stuart's alter ego. “Richard Preston’s Cocktail Capers” is about Mid-century magician Richard Preston who was cryogenically frozen in 1962 so he could entertain colonists on Mars in 2062. But with everything that’s gone wrong in 2020, world governments voted unanimously to thaw Richard Preston early to bring the world together. Strange background but it's now one of the hottest Zoom Shows around.

Next up is Stuart's LEAN and Continuous Improvement lectures:
Presentation 1 is about using LEAN and Continuous Improvement on a personal level is a message the corporate world is looking for.
The core of this presentation is How I Fooled Penn and Teller using LEAN and CI. I carefully detail every step in my act as it developed and changed by using PFMEA, Fishbones, Process Mapping, Creating a LEAN culture and more.

Presentation 2 is about How to switch from Live to Online by using LEAN and CI.
In this presentation I detail how to use LEAN in reverse. What do I mean by that? LEAN is a problem solving tool kit, what I did was purposely and systematically CREATE a problem, in this case a bad magic act for online and LEAN it. This is a strong message to leadership. You need to allow for problem creation, that’s creativity! Stuart walks you through several reasons why LEAN is harder to implement when creativity is lacking in the workforce.
