With nearly 30 years of expertise in market research across various sectors, Candy has excelled in both quantitative and qualitative studies. Their professional journey includes significant roles such as Vice President at Integrated Insight and Manager of Research at The Walt Disney Company, where they played a key role in developing the Guest Satisfaction Measurement program. Candy holds both a BA and MA in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
