Anish Pappu currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Magicrete Building Solutions, a prominent manufacturer of AAC Blocks with a production capacity of 800,000 cubic meters, focusing on sales of panels and precast construction since September 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial role in business development at Hilti India from October 2012 to November 2017, where leadership involved market penetration strategies for the Energy and Industry segment in the Western region. Additionally, Anish held the position of Area Sales Manager at 3M India for a brief period, leading growth strategies for spill control and fire safety products. Earlier roles at Hilti India also contributed to maximizing profits in the Energy and Building Construction segment, alongside experience in industrial sales at SHV Energy India and account management at Gaylord Pharma Systems. Anish holds an MBA in Marketing from Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MGM College Of Engineering.
