Igor Serbinin

Igor Serbinin, J.D. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Igor spent eight years as the CEO of MaginfoUSA, a software development firm that specializes in creating customized solutions for businesses. Prior to this, they founded their own law firm, Serbinin Law Firm LLC, where they focused on international business transactions and immigration matters. Igor also worked at Patton Boggs LLP, specializing in international contracts, business development, and compliance. Early in their career, they served as a faculty member at the George C. Marshall Center, teaching courses related to peacekeeping operations and arms control.

Igor Serbinin, J.D. completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Linguistics from Saint Petersburg State University from 1982 to 1990. Igor then pursued their Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from 2001 to 2004.
