Kurt Rottier

Kurt Rottier currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Magline, Inc. since May 2025, following a career as Engineering Manager at H&S Manufacturing Co., Inc. from August 2014 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing product and manufacturing process development and fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. Prior to that, Kurt held the position of New Product Development Manager at Spectrum Brands, Inc. from August 2012 to August 2014, focusing on product planning and development throughout the product life cycle. Experience as a Project Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation from September 2007 to August 2012 involved managing engineering projects and conducting high-level analysis and design. Earlier, Kurt worked as an R&D Engineer at Kubota Corporation from May 2004 to September 2007, where the role involved evaluating prototype equipment and market trends. Kurt holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
