Elissa Cabasso

Elissa Cabasso is an accomplished professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Magma Math since March 2025. Prior to this role, Cabasso held the position of Head of Customer Success at Kustomer from November 2023 to January 2025. At JW Player, from April 2020 to November 2023, Cabasso progressed through several leadership roles, including VP of GTM Operations & Strategy and VP of Account Management, and served as Senior Director of Account Management for the Americas. Earlier experience includes a Senior Account Manager position at Practising Law Institute, where Cabasso managed a substantial portfolio of enterprise accounts, and a role in Business Development and Operations at Reis, handling sales leads and analytics. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Rochester.
