Contracts cover all the activities from design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of the project to the end-user or owner.

Pre & Post Construction Management
The completion of Construction works does not necessarily mean end of the Contract as the Contractual obligation of the Contractor towards the Client are still there.
MEPL's team ensures that the Contractor meets his obligations by providing all As-built drawings, submitting relevant warranty & maintenance manuals, certifying all vendor bills after collecting all documents and attending a snag list.
