Ryan Lim has extensive work experience in the field of support and project management. Ryan started their career at Techtel in 2002 as a Support Engineer and later became a Technical Manager, providing product demonstrations, installations, and training to customers. In 2008, they joined SGL as a Regional Support Engineer and then moved to Masstech Group Inc. as the Manager of Projects and Support for the APAC region, handling various aspects of support and solutions related to digital archiving and media asset management. In 2012, Ryan joined Dayang International as the Manager of Projects and Support, where they excelled in presales activities and finding technical solutions to meet customer needs. After that, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Techtel from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Magna Systems & Engineering as a Support Engineer.
