Dena Maxson

Dena Maxson, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Dena currently holds the position of VP, Corporate Controller at Magna5, where they are responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Controller at Magna5 from January 2017 to June 2021.

Before joining Magna5, Dena worked at Onvoy, LLC as the Controller from July 2015 to January 2017 and as the Director of Finance and Accounting Assurance from March 2014 to June 2015. Dena also served as the Controller at Impact Telecom (formerly Matrix Telecom Inc.) from July 2011 to March 2014.

Dena's previous experience includes working at Wayport as the Controller from March 2006 to July 2011 and as the Accounting Manager from October 2003 to February 2006. Dena also worked at Broadwing as the Senior Manager of Accounting from May 2002 to October 2003 and as the Senior Manager of Capital from October 2000 to May 2002.

Their career started at Weblink Wireless, where they initially joined as a Senior Accountant and was later promoted to General Ledger Manager. Dena worked at Weblink Wireless from June 1998 to September 2000.

Throughout their career, Dena has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Dena has a strong track record of successfully leading teams and streamlining financial processes.
