Clay Bailey currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Magnet Forensics, a position held since August 2023 following the merger with Grayshift earlier that year. Clay previously held the same role at Grayshift from August 2020 to August 2023, where a strategic investment by Thoma Bravo was finalized in July 2022. Prior experience includes managing FP&A at Croft & Bender, and various roles in investment banking at EY. Clay began a career in finance as an intern at The Home Depot and Beecher Carlson. Clay is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Emory University's Goizueta Business School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Georgia.
