We are the polish company that provides a comprehensive service of flame or adhesive lamination together with the service of punching the laminated fabrics, heating the punched elements in the HF welding technology and with the possibility of sewing.

Flame mlamination is bonded with a polyurethane or polyethylene foam. It is done so by applying heat from a flame to the foam, causing the glue to melt and bond the layers together. Adhesive lamination, in comparison to flame lamination, allows to bond fabric, without the use of foam as an adhesive. In this group we distinguish inter alia the hot-melt lamination. It is the newest and fully controllable process. In this method a reactive adhesive is used. The adhesive is heated up before the lamination process and then applied to the layers by an engraved roller. Thanks to this, the glue is distributed evenly, and the created textile arrangement does not undergo any thermal treatment. 

Our two laboratories situated in separate facilities assure permantent production control and improving
of production process. This helps to make quality level of produced materials higher accordingly to
customers expectations.

Our main supported industry is AUTOMOTIVE  (door panels, roof lining, upholstery, headrests). The other supported industies are  medical, furniture, clothing and other. You can find our products in: VW, Skoda, BMW, Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes, Suzuki, Opel, Ford, Renault, Volvo and many more.

The company takes an active part in major international fairs and events like: Top Automotive, Techtextil, Automotive Interiors, Moto Solutions Forum, Automotive Hungary and many many more.
 
In 2015 we received an award in "Gepardy Biznesu 2015" plebiscite in the light industry field. We have been selected to this award on the basis of research, held by Institute of European Business, which presents growth of comapnies' market value. We are one of the fastest developing company in Poland!

During Second Łódź Regional Job and Personal Growth Fairs in 2017 the President of Łódź rewarded MAGNETIX Gorszwa General Partnership with TOP 5 Emplyer of Łódź title for the development of labour market and decreasing the unemplyment level.
