Magneto Ltd. has been founded in 2006 and is a modern manufacturer of magnetic cores and protective expansion layer. Its strength lies in successful implementation of the proprietary research development and technological achievements connected to the production of magnetic cores, wound cores and stacked magnetic cores made of electrical sheets (used e.g. in medium voltage measuring transformers), and their protection against degradation as result of the external mechanical stresses.

We are proud of our accomplishments in the development and production of functional characteristics of magnetic circuits made of amorphous and nanocrystalline tapes. Particularly noteworthy is the research and production achievements related to the use of packaged nanocrystalline cores in power electronics, weighing up to several dozen kilograms and subjected to specialized thermomagnetic processing. Thanks to our own tool department, we also offer modern solutions in the field of induction heating, using Fluxtrol® magnetic field concentrators, which result in a shortened production process and significant savings in electricity.

 

The establishment of the Magnetic Research Center in 2012 enabled significant expansion of the implementation solutions span, both our own and those provided by clients.

 

Magneto Ltd. employs approximately 20 people with the highest qualifications, including two professor and several PhD titled colleagues in technical sciences.
