Cole Challender serves as the Sr. Director of Client Services at Magnit, where responsibilities include leveraging an Integrated Workforce Management platform to enhance organizational workforce management and adaptability. Prior experience at Kelly Services spans over a decade, holding various leadership roles such as Vice President of Onsite Management, focusing on scaling operations and advising market leaders. Cole also held positions as a Senior Operations Leader, Service Operations Consultant, and MSP Business Manager, overseeing service delivery, operational efficiency, and contingent labor programs. Cole holds a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Leadership Studies from Humboldt State University.
