Jonathan Callan

Jonathan Callan has extensive experience in HR management and leadership roles. Jonathan currently serves as the HR Director at Magnit, leading a team and providing HR solutions to support the company's objectives. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR at Robert Walters, where they managed a team of HR Business Partners and coordinated HR strategies across multiple countries. Jonathan also has experience as an IR/HR Executive at Ibec, providing HR services to businesses in Ireland, and as an HR Manager at Honda Motor Europe Ltd and IBM. Jonathan's expertise includes employee relations, talent development, recruitment, and outsourcing management. Jonathan began their career at CPM International, where they held various roles in BPO coordination and territory management.
