Michael Dow

Michael Dow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently the Director of Strategic Advisory for Magnit, where they lead a team of Consulting and Analytics Managers to provide data-driven Human Capital Management Consulting. Prior to this, they worked at PRO Unlimited, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager - NorthStar HCM, Manager - Strategy, Analytics, and Metrics, Business Consultant, Sr. Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Before that, they worked as an Inventory Planner at Gap Inc. and as an Inventory Manager at Synergy Corporate Housing. Michael also has experience at CSU, Chico Student Health Service as an Administrative Student Assistant and at Les Schwab Tire Centers as a Shop Assistant.

Michael Dow attended California State University, Chico from 2007 to 2011. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
