David Pearson

David Pearson is an experienced business leader currently serving as Audit Committee Chair and Board Member at Magnite and Potbelly Sandwich Works since 2022, and at Lee Enterprises since 2020. As the Owner and Chief Mechanic at The Dually Group, LLC since 2019, David has also held significant roles in finance and investment banking, including Chief Financial Officer at Vonage, where contributions were made in transforming the company into a leader in enterprise cloud communications. Prior experience includes managing director roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, with a focus on the Global Media & Telecom sectors, and earlier engagements at PwC. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Political Science and Organizational Behavior from Brown University.
