Las Tailor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Magnite since April 2022, Las previously held the position of Senior HR & TA Lead at Nestlé, a major player in the FMCG industry. Las's diverse background includes roles as an HR Consultant, focusing on operational HR support, and as HR & Recruitment Lead at Health Alliance, where the recruitment process was optimized. Las began a career in human resources at Telecom, transitioning from a Graduate to a Consultant role. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Otago.
