Brian Cooper

Brian Cooper has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Brian began their career in 1999 as a Photojournalist at KELO-TV and later worked as a Producer at Midcontinent Communications from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Vision Video Interactive, where they first served as a Video Editor and then became the Director of Video. In 2015, they joined the Catholic Community Foundation for Eastern South Dakota as the Director of Marketing. From 2017 to 2020, Brian worked as the Director of Marketing at Maguire Iron, Inc. and was later promoted to the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Business Development at Maguire Iron, Inc.

Brian Cooper attended Garretson High School from 1997 to 2000. Following high school, they enrolled at South Dakota State University from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism. In 2019 and 2020, Brian participated in the Leadership Sioux Falls program. More recently, in 2022 and 2023, they attended Leadership South Dakota, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for these programs.
