Jerry Taylor is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support, implementation, and maintenance. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at MagView since April 2021, Jerry previously held roles at TEKsystems as an Assistant IT Lead, where responsibilities included managing over 10,000 accounts and achieving high customer satisfaction metrics. Jerry also contributed as an Information Technology Specialist at DeVry University, and as an Advanced Repair Agent with Geek Squad, specializing in computer repairs and client interactions. Earlier experience includes positions at SAMSUNG INC and Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Technician, as well as significant service in the United States Marine Corps, where Jerry held roles such as Maintenance Supervisor and Wire Communications Specialist, overseeing critical communication systems and infrastructure. Jerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry from DeVry University.
