At Mahi Boats, we craft more than vessels, we bring dreams to life.

Based at Gold Coast City Marina, we specialise in premium, custom-built boats designed for those who value quality, performance, and time well spent on the water. Every build is a collaboration with our clients, blending their vision with our craftsmanship, technical expertise, and innovative design.

Our founder, Dan Williams, has built his career in high-performance boatbuilding—working on America’s Cup yachts, Sydney to Hobart campaigns, and custom builds around the world. That experience now guides every project at Mahi, supported by an expert team dedicated to precision and innovation.

From luxury leisure craft to commercial vessels built to code, our boats are made to perform, to last, and to inspire. We combine advanced composite technology with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every Mahi Boat delivers exceptional handling, style, and durability.

Whether it’s exploring new horizons, entertaining in style, or creating memories with family, we build boats for people who want to make the most of their time on the water.

Alongside bespoke projects, we are also designing and building Pegasus, a foldable trimaran that unites innovation and practicality for a new era of sailing. We’re documenting the process! Stay tuned as Pegasus takes shape.
