Harish Chavan

Harish Chavan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Swaraj Division at Mahindra Group, overseeing profit centre responsibilities for the Swaraj Tractors business and holding a board member position at Swaraj Engines Ltd. With extensive experience in various leadership roles within Mahindra, including Chief of International Operations and Chief Operating Officer for both the Farm and Swaraj Divisions, Harish has driven global revenues and managed international subsidiaries. Prior positions also include President and Chief Executive of China Operations and Vice President of International Business Development. Harish began the professional journey at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited as an Executive focused on manufacturing and engineering projects. Educational qualifications include degrees from VJTI and NMIMS in Mumbai, India.
