Rishikesh has a background in Mechanical Engineering with a Bachelor of Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, completed in 2024. Professional experience includes roles as an Associate Design Engineer at Tech Mahindra since August 2024 and Design Engineer at Mahindra Group since January 2025. Previous positions held include Project Intern at QuGates Technologies, Mechanical Technician in multiple teams, and Team Manager at Team MARS. Rishikesh has also served as Secretary for ASME Sir MVIT, and has been actively involved as a Member of ASME since January 2023 and a Volunteer with Abhikalpana Trust since May 2021.
