Rupesh A has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in new product development for four-wheeled, three-wheeled, and two-wheeled vehicles. Their expertise includes cost estimation, manufacturing processes, and product development methodologies such as APQP and PPAP. Rupesh has held various managerial positions at Mahindra, including Senior Manager, where they led teams in supplier assessment and product quality initiatives. They are currently a Commodity Head at Mahindra Group, focusing on CDMM Trims for electric and conventional vehicles. Rupesh holds a diploma in Tool and Die Making and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.
